Complete double saddlebag woven in soumak technique, the two rectangular faces decorated with repeating hooked diamond medallions in red, orange, blue, green, ivory and dark brown, framed by multiple geometric borders. Joined by a striped flatwoven bridge with multicolored closure bands. Northwest Persia/Caucasus, Shahsavan, late 19th century, with age-related wear, fraying, scattered losses and old repairs.
