The hinged top is centered by an openwork circular longevity medallion, with brass corner mounts and floral-form appliqués along the front edges. The front features a large engraved brass lock plate with paired pulls, flanked by additional shaped brass strap mounts decorated with floral motifs. The lower section opens with two cabinet doors, with side carrying handles to either side.
